Clear Wax Finish Varnish will protect and enhance a wide range of surfaces where a traditional finish is required.

Coloured Wax Finish Varnish transforms wood, producing subtle, even shades, previously only obtainable by a master craftsman.

preparation
All surfaces must be clean and free from dust, dirt, oil and contamination.

application
On new wood and porous surfaces dilute the first coat 10% with water. Lightly sand wood in between applications to remove any raising of the grain that may have occurred. If a very high level of durability and stain resistance is required, apply one or two coats of clear satin wax finish varnish and one or two coats of clear dead flat wax finish varnish.

caution
Always apply to a test area before starting work.
Too thick a coating, or pooling in crevices, will dry with a white haze.
Appearance may vary according to the colour and type of wood and the number of coats.
Protect the finish from water and steam for five days after application.
