Titan Parkng is acrylic floor paint, specially developed for application in parkings and generally floors with daily wheeled traffic. Excellent resistance to frequent wear, petrol, fats, cleaning, the grease stains, chemicals etc. Repels dust. Extremely easy application. Suitable for painting floors of cement, concrete and other materials, garage and private parking, warehouses, workshops, etc., On interior and exterior surfaces.

DRYING:1 - 2 hours
APPLICATION METHODS: Brush, roller and spray-gun
Finish:Satin

Stir well the contents in the can by mechanical shaking. The surfaces to be painted have to be dry, clean, sound as well as free from pollutants such as oils, grease, whitewash, efflorescence, etc. Apply only when the floor temperature is at least 3ºC higher than the dew point.

Drying for at least 48 hours is required in order to obtain resistance to low wear traffic.

BARE SURFACES:
Concrete floors: It will have to be thoroughly set (drying for at least 28 days) and dry. Remove efflorescence or whitewash with water jet or preferably by shot blasting. Remove dust by aspiration. Apply a first coat thinned with 5% water. Let to dry for at least 4 hours. Finish with a second unthinned coat. Ensure a suitable air ventilation during application and drying. If the relative humidity during application is lower than 15% or if the ventilation is poor, the painted pavement finish could be
dimmer.

MAINTENANCE OF PREVIOUSLY COATED SURFACES IN GOOD CONDITION:
Thoroughly clean any grease or oil residue with solvent or by means of fresh water jet. Open pore by sanding to improve adhesion.Before applying TITAN Parkings, patch with this paint the bare areas until obtaining a uniformly smooth surface. Wait for at least 4 hours (at 23ºC) and apply two paint coats. Allow 4 hours between every coat.

MAINTENANCE OF PREVIOUSLY COATED SURFACES IN POOR CONDITION:
If overcoating poorly adhered paint system, remove them by scratching and/or brushing and proceed as for non-prepared surfaces
