 It is a two-pack primer. The Activator contains phosphoric acid and the Base is formulated with non-toxic corrosion inhibiting pigments in an epoxy-vinyl medium.

It is a base to prepare the application of alkyd, chlorinated rubber and polyurethane, etc on stainless steel, galvanised iron and non-ferrous light alloys. It can also be applied on cold laminated steel

DRYING:10 - 15 minutes
APPLICATION METHODS: Air Spray-Gun, Airless

GENERAL REMARKS:

Carefully stir the product in the can. The surfaces to be painted have to be clean, dry and sound.
Let to dry for 15 minutes before use in order to help to remove the air contained in the mixture.

BARE SURFACES:
Galvanised  steel,  stainless  steel  and  aluminium:
Degrease  by  washing  with  neutral  or  ammonium  non-chlorine detergents. Rinse with fresh water and let to dry. Apply a thin and uniform coat with a maximum thickness of 8 microns. Too thick coats reduce the adhesion of the Wash primer on the surface. A right application of Wash Primer produces a yellowish and
transparent thin film
